Dr. Ibrahim Elbialy graduated from Kasr El Ainy-Cairo University in Egypt and then earned his MRCP and SCE in Acute Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom. He then earned his Associate Fellowship-FRCEM from the Royal College of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Ibrahim Elbialy relocated to the UAE in 2012 and brings with him extensive experience in his field from both Egypt and the UAE.
