Biography

Dr. Mohammed Ubedulla Khan is a physician with over 30 years of experience in accident and emergency medicine. He obtained his MBBS degree from Kakatiya Medical College in 1988 and then pursued a postgraduate course in Higher Diploma in Anesthesiology at Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College in 1991. In 1991, he began his medical career as an Internist at the Nizam Institute of Medical Science. He moved to the UAE in 1993 and worked for over 14 years as a General Physician in one of the government specialty hospitals. He then worked as a Specialist Registrar in the surgical and neurosurgical intensive care units of Dubai’s largest government hospital, before being appointed Head of the Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery’s High Dependency Unit in 2013. He joined ADNOC, Ruwais Hospital in 2016 as a specialist in Accident and Emergency and later became the Head of Inpatient Department and Medical Practitioner at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. He completed his Certification in Pediatrics Advanced Life Support Provider Course (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS), and Basic Life Support Course (AHA).
