Biography

Dr. Katty previously worked at Fakih IVF Abu Dhabi from 2017 to 2018, under the close supervision of Dr. Michael Fakih. Dr. Katty previously worked for four years at the American University of Beirut Medical Center and then spent six years in private practice in Lebanon. Dr. Katty has extensive experience managing difficult infertility cases gained during her Residency at the American University of Beirut. The variety of patient cases she has encountered throughout her career has equipped her with a diverse range of approaches. She treated thousands of couples experiencing infertility and was instrumental in the birth of thousands of healthy babies. In addition, her university hospital position enriched her clinical capabilities and sense in Obstetrics & Gynecology and the field of Reproductive Medicine. Her research focuses on optimizing ovarian stimulation protocols, treating patients with inherited diseases, and treating patients who experience recurrent miscarriages and IVF failures. Dr. Katty understands the emotional stress infertile couples go through and tries to relieve their pressure by giving them the needed time and insight, offering them thorough explanations and analysis of their cases and taking them in depth through the IVF journey that they will be embarking on.
