Biography

Niharika Gupta, Ph.D. Graduated with a Bachelor of Dentistry from the prestigious Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 2008 and a Post-Graduate degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences in Mangalore, India, in 2012, where she received training in cleft surgeries, orthognathic surgeries, surgical oncology, neurosurgery, facial trauma surgery, oral implantology, and surgeries for jaw pathologies. She spent six years in India as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at a dental college and as a Consultant in private dental clinics. She continued her education by enrolling in a DOH-approved Maxi course offered by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in the United States of America and is now qualified to perform both the surgical and restorative phases of implant dentistry.
