Biography
Ms. Mariam Baroudi graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and a Master’s degree in nutrition and food sciences (AUB). Additionally, she is certified in PCOS, pediatric, and sports nutrition. Her mission, founded on the belief that “it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle,” is to assist clients in developing a long-lasting relationship with food to improve their overall health and well-being. Her work includes educating patients and the general public about nutrition. She is a firm believer that diets are not temporary but rather a way of life that should be continued and healthy and that no one should feel guilty about eating what they want.
