Biography

Dr. Kourosh Ghaznavi is a rheumatologist with over 27 years of experience in rheumatology, internal medicine, immunology, and restorative procedures in the UAE and abroad, both in educational and treatment hospital settings and private practice. He is an active researcher in the field, having published and presented numerous times. Dr. Kourosh Ghaznavi began his medical career in 1988, spending two years studying basic medical science, followed by three years of clinical science and two years of internship. He completed four years of internal medicine residency and two years of rheumatology subspecialty training at Tehran University of Medical Science, where he earned his board certification in 2003. He began his career as a Clinician, Teacher, and Practitioner at a university-based hospital in Iran. He was a Member of the Iranian Rheumatology Research Center throughout his career, where he conducted regular educational programs for rheumatology fellows and researchers. He relocated to Dubai in 2013 and began working at an Iranian hospital before expanding his practice to include other renowned hospitals and clinics throughout the DHA and DHCC territories.
