Biography
Dr. Riyam Rashid is an Ophthalmology Specialist at Burjeel Specialty Hospital in Sharjah. She is experienced in treating various eye diseases and performing a variety of eye and lid surgeries, including cataract, glaucoma, squint, and oculoplastic procedures. Additionally, she performs refractive and vision-correcting procedures such as LASIK, Ultra LASIK, PRK, Femto LASIK, and Femto Smile. Dr. Riyam is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), a Member of the International Council of Ophthalmology (London), and passed the Arab and Iraqi Boards of Ophthalmology. Dr. Riyam has authored numerous articles in journals such as clinical ophthalmology and others.
